Management Team: Emblem and Governance
The Association Emblem 會徽
The Association emblem builds on the City University of Hong Kong identity, with the Association's name in Chinese and English, representing its affiliation with and inheritance from the Department.
The emblem is managed by the Management Team for use on official documents, event materials and publicity. Alumni wishing to use it should first email cityucomaa@gmail.com for approval.

Organizing Principles 組織原則
Association affairs are transparent; all alumni are welcome to take part and to exercise oversight.
Alumni are free to choose which regional groups and activities to join; the Association does not interfere.
Across generations, programmes, regions and industries — all COMers, their families and close partners are welcome.
Every member has equal rights to vote, stand for election and raise suggestions.

| Membership 會員 | Members include COM alumni (BA / MA / PhD, full-time or part-time), family members and close partners of alumni, COM faculty and staff, and other stakeholders. |
| Rights and duties 會員權利與義務 | Members may join activities, vote and stand for election to the Management Team, raise suggestions, join working groups and exercise oversight; they abide by the constitution and take part in meetings. |
| Management Team 管理團隊代表 | Elected by members, responsible for operations, administration, PR and financial affairs, with a President, Vice-Presidents, Secretary-General and Deputy Secretary-General. |
| Supervisory Board 監事 | Supervisory Board members oversee the Association's operations on behalf of members. |
| Regional teams 地區團隊 | Regional convenors in the Greater Bay Area, Beijing, Shanghai and Hangzhou coordinate alumni liaison and events in nearby regions. |
| Funding 經費 | The Association is funded by membership and event income and by alumni donations; finances are handled by designated committee members and reported to members. |
| Constitution 章程 | The constitution was released at the MA Orientation on 27 August 2022, and filed with the University (ARO) and the Department. |

The constitution was drafted and submitted for review.

Passed with the support of the University and its schools and departments.

The inaugural Management Team was formed with seven appointed alumni.

Formally established 正式註冊成立
Registration completed; the charter was released on 27 August 2022.
